About the CMS Group
The CMS Group focuses on end-to-end cash management services supporting the full cash lifecycle of financial institutions, from secure movement and handling to processing and controlled distribution.
Our services cover Cash-in-Transit operations, including retail, branch, inter-bank, and secure-to-secure cash movements. We provide ATM servicing solutions, including cash loading, First Line Maintenance (FLM), and Second Line Maintenance (SLM) support.
The group also supports Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) transactions and other regulated cash movements. Additional services include branch cash servicing, change fund delivery, deposit and check collection, and foreign exchange processing.

DASIA Cash Managed Services operates through a controlled end-to-end process designed to ensure security, accuracy, and full accountability at every stage of the cash lifecycle, in compliance with established banking and operational standards.
Request & Scheduling
Service requests are received, scheduled, and assigned to authorized personnel and armored units based on approved client requirements and operational readiness. All movements are planned in accordance with defined routes, timing, and security protocols.
Collection
Cash is securely collected from designated client locations through proper verification, documentation, and chain-of-custody procedures to ensure integrity from the point of pickup.
Secure Transport
All items are immediately secured using tamper-evident controls and transported under strict security supervision using armored vehicles operated by trained personnel.
Processing & Verification
Upon arrival at the designated facility, cash undergoes controlled processing, verification, sorting, and preparation in accordance with operational standards and client requirements.
Secure Vault Storage & Reporting

For Security Services, personnel and client contact information is collected solely for deployment, access control, and incident reporting — DASIA does not process bank customer transaction data under this service. For Armored Car Leasing, data collection is minimal and limited to coordination with authorized representatives only.
How We Use Your Data

All processing is based on contractual necessity and legitimate interests consistent with applicable laws, and data is never used beyond the purposes for which it was collected.
